City of Prescott Water Resources Manager Leslie Graser takes a brief look at where water supplies for Arizona’s Central Highlands come from and discusses how those supplies have sustained the area. She then explains the City’s water management tactics and how they fit with the Prescott Active Management Area management strategy, established by state law.

Leslie also provides conservation tips and information about the City’s WaterSmart programs for water customers. The last half hour of the presentation is devoted to audience Q & A.
